On April 8, 2025, Virginia Foxx expressed satisfaction with a recent legislative achievement. She commented on Twitter, "A landmark victory indeed. Great news." The post indicates her positive reception to a significant legislative outcome.

Two days later, on April 10, 2025, Foxx tweeted a brief statement referencing a well-known publication by former U.S. President Donald Trump. She wrote, "The Art of the Deal." This tweet may allude to strategic negotiations or agreements in the legislative arena.

On the same day, Foxx addressed concerns regarding Medicaid and the passing of new legislation. At 16:39, she tweeted: "Oh look, it passed. Also, it doesn’t kill Medicaid. Quit the fearmongering already. It’s pathetic." This post is a defense against critiques that the legislation might adversely affect Medicaid services, urging critics to refrain from spreading unfounded fears.

Virginia Foxx, currently living in Banner Elk, North Carolina, has had a distinguished career in politics for decades. Representing North Carolina’s 5th district since 2005, she took over from Richard Burr. Born in 1943 in New York City, she pursued her higher education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in 1968.
