The Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions will hold a hearing tomorrow at 10:15 a.m. The session will be chaired by Rep. Rick Allen (R-GA) and is titled "Game Changer: The NLRB, Student-Athletes, and the Future of College Sports." It will take place at the 2175 Rayburn House Office Building.
The hearing will feature testimonies from several witnesses, including Mr. Daniel L. Nash, a shareholder at Littler; Ms. Morgyn Wynne, a former softball student-athlete from Oklahoma State University; Mr. Ramogi Huma, the Executive Director of the National College Players Association; and Ms. Jacqie McWilliams Parker, Commissioner of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association.
