In the fourth quarter of 2023, The Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge stood out as the second largest nursing home in Watauga County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 92 beds available, 21 less than the average in Watauga County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 61.9 residents during that period.

The Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge had an overall rating of 3 from the CMS, which is higher than the average of 2.6 recorded for nursing homes in North Carolina.

During the quarter, Glenbridge Health and Rehabiltation stood out as the largest nursing home in Watauga County, with 134 beds available.
