North Carolina midterms sees Ralph Hise for North Carolina Senate in cities associated with Mitchell County spend the most during Q4 2022

Ralph Hise for North Carolina Senate spent the most out of political committees within cities associated with Mitchell County during the fourth quarter of 2022.

It spent $191,841 on 15 vendors during the time period.

The largest expense was for Unspecified Expenses to NC Senate Majority Fund, which is based in the Raleigh area.

The second largest political spend from a committee operating in a city within Mitchell County during the fourth quarter of 2022 came from Mitchell Democratic Party. It spent $346 during the time period on seven different vendors.

What’s known as “dark money”, which comes from political non-profits and shell corporations, has greatly increased expenditures and donations in recent elections to record-breaking highs.
