Town of Beech Mountain issued the following announcement on Jul. 29.
Come out out and celebrate with the Beech Mountain Police Department and others at their end-of-summer (almost) bash! Parks and Rec will be helping out too, with one of their famous Nerf Wars! If you'd rather just have a hot dog, take a look at the public safety vehicles, and chat with local personnel, that's great too-- they'd love to see you there! This event takes place Saturday, July 31st from 4-7 pm, in the field next to the Brick Oven Pizzeria.
