Town of North Wilkesboro issued the following announcement on Sept. 1.
Trash and recycling collection routes will operate one day behind all week.
Monday's route will be picked up on Tuesday, Tuesday's route on Wednesday and so forth.
The town and its employees wish all our residents a safe and enjoyable long weekend.
