Ashe County is seeking applications to fill a vacancy in the Elections Department as Deputy Elections Director. Successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Elections office by providing support with registration, voting and elections activities for the county. Applicant must have basic computer and operating system knowledge and be able to type accurately.
Employee must be able to set-up and maintain social media presence on a variety of platforms. Applicant must exercise tact, courtesy, and firmness in frequent contact with the public. Salary: $37,266.00 annually plus excellent benefits package.
