Watauga County Parks and Recreation issued the following announcement on Aug. 19.
Registration has begun for Lil' Kickers Soccer. This soccer program is for 3 to 5 year old children. It is structured so that participants are playing fun games while learning fundamentals of soccer. Space is limited and registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, until all spots are full. Lil' Kickers meet on Mondays and Fridays, September 10 thru October 4. Two times are offered: 4:30-5:15 and 5:30-6:15. Registration is accepted online at https://rec.watgov.org or in person at the Watauga Community Recreation Center.
