County of Mitchell issued the following announcement on Jul. 20.
If you have had Medicare Part B for longer than 12 months, you are eligible for a yearly wellness visit.
The Annual Wellness Visit is a yearly appointment with your primary care provider to create or update a personalized prevention plan. This plan may help prevent illness based on your current health and risk factors.
