Of the 327 people living in Seven Devils in 2019, 48 percent (157) were women and 52 percent (170) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the High Country Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 88-to-73. In the 65 and over age range, there were 73 females and 71 males.
