On Thursday, December 21, former Menchville High School standout, Etienne Strothers’ current college team, the Appalachian State Mountaineers, lost 63-76 in their NCAA D1 game against the UNC Asheville Bulldogs.

The game took place in Boone, North Carolina. This was the first matchup against the UNC Asheville Bulldogs this season.
