Town of Elkin issued the following announcement on Jan. 31.
Farmers Market Vendors are preparing for the upcoming growing season and would like your help. The local farmers markets are located in Dobson, Elkin, and Mount Airy. If you have visited the markets in the past, please let us know what you liked or did not like about the markets.
If you have not visited, we would like to know how we could entice you to visit and shop the local commodities offered. We hope to make the markets an enjoyable experience that will keep you coming back week after week. Please take our short, ten question farmers market survey to help us know what you want at the markets. The survey can be found at Go.ncsu.edu/surryfarmersmarketsurvey.
