Virginia Foxx has served as the U.S. Representative for North Carolina’s 5th congressional district since 2005. She has maintained her seat through several election cycles, defeating Chuck Hubbard in 2024 with 59.5% of the vote, Kyle Parrish in 2022 with 63.15%, David Brown in 2020 with 66.9%, Denise D.
