In one post, Foxx stated, “Too busy fighting for the country I love.” (October 9, 2025). Later the same day, she commented on an editorial published by a regional newspaper, writing, “What a pathetic opinion piece from the News & Observer. They’re trying to provide cover for Democrats who voted to shut down the government.” (October 9, 2025). In another post that evening, Foxx wrote, “BLESSED ARE THE PEACEMAKERS!” (October 9, 2025).

Foxx has served multiple terms in Congress and has consistently won re-election. In the most recent general election in 2024, she defeated Chuck Hubbard with 59.5% of the vote. Her previous victories include defeating Kyle Parrish in 2022 with 63.15%, David Brown in 2020 with 66.9%, Denise D. Adams in 2018 with 57%, Josh Brannon in both 2016 and 2014 with 58.4% and 61% respectively.
