Town of Wilkesboro issued the following announcement on May 6.

The Town of Wilkesboro ispleased to announce the 2022 season of “Movies on Main” featuring anoutstanding lineup of family-friendly films!

“Movies on Main” will be held fromMay through August in the Carolina West Wireless Community Commons, located inthe heart of Historic Downtown Wilkesboro. Movies will be shown at sunset on a33-foot wide screen on the concert lawn. Admission to “Movies on Main” events are free. Attendeesare encouraged to bring chairs and blankets for lawn seating.

2022“Movies on Main” Season Schedule:
·       Friday,May 13th:  Encanto (2021)
·       Friday,June 10th:  Raya the LastDragon (2021)
·       Friday,July 8th:  Luca (2021)
·       Friday,August 12th:  Secret Life ofPets 2 (2019)

The season will kick-off onFriday, May 13th with a showing of “Encanto” at sunset!
