TOWN OF NORTH WILKESBORO: 1st Saturday Shop ‘N Stroll is May 7th

Town of North Wilkesboro issued the following announcement on Apr. 26.

Shop ‘N Strolls are first Saturdays in May, June. August and September. From 11:00am to 2:00pm downtown retailers and restaurants will hold sidewalk sales, offer store specials and lunch specials too. There’ll be live music on 10th Street in Apple Fest Park along with various dessert food trucks. And Wilkes Youth Life Development will host a cornhole tournament in front of Wilkes Co. Library.

May 7th Shop ‘N Stroll is presented by Ivy Ridge Traditions and features singer performer SunQueen Kelcey. In June, live music from local bluegrass band Horseplay will be sponsored by Wilkes County Hardware. Come with friends and family out enjoy a walk around downtown, while supporting our small business community.
