participation must be completed by 2 pm on the day of the meeting.

Staff will be happy to schedule a test meeting with each participant to ensure that they are

Staff will moderate the WebEx session to ensure all participants have an opportunity to

speak. Individuals who require user assistance registering or joining the WebEx event on
