TOWN OF BEECH MOUNTAIN: Accepting Applications for 2022 Grant Funds

Town of Beech Mountain issued the following announcement on Apr. 28.

t’s that time again– the Beech Mountain Tourism Development Authority is accepting applications for 2022 grant funds. The TDA board is particularly interested in projects or activities that enhance the visitor experience on Beech Mountain. Applications that have been funded in the past have included things like landscaping, painting and enhancements to highly visible commercial buildings, music events, walkway improvements, signage, and a whole range of others. Grants usually range from $1,000 to $5,000, but all applications are considered. Any business or organization on the mountain is eligible to apply, and applications are available at the Visitor Center or by emailing tda@beechmtn.com. The application form is simple, and the deadline is May 16th at 5:00 pm. Call Kate at 828-387-9283 for more information.
