On Saturday, December 16, former Dorman High School standout, Myles Tate’s current college team, the Appalachian State Mountaineers, won 80-59 in their NCAA D1 game against the Gardner–Webb Runnin' Bulldogs.

The game took place in Greensboro, North Carolina. This was the first matchup against the Gardner–Webb Runnin' Bulldogs this season.

The Appalachian State Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, December 21 at 7 p.m. in Boone, North Carolina.
