Of the 146 people living in Crossnore in 2020, 43.2 percent (63) were women and 56.8 percent (83) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the High Country Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 7. In the 65 and over age range, there were eight females and seven males.
