County of Yancey issued the following announcement on Oct. 15.
Yancey County is soliciting and will receive sealed bids for the Tax Department's 2024 Revaluation from qualified Reappraisal firms
- .Firms must be licensed in the State of North Carolina.
- Said bids must be received at the Yancey County Tax Department, 110 Town Square, Room 2, Burnsville, North Carolina 28714, no later than 2:00 o'clock pm on November 12, 2021.
- Bids should be clearly marked "Bid For 2024 Full Data Collection Revaluation Of Property".
