Mitchell County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Feb. 4.

Valentines Day is coming up soon so check out what the Bakersville Area Merchants Association will be doing in Bakersville on Feb. 13th 5pm – 7pm.

Bring your best friend, significant other, or your family to Bakersville on February 13, 2023 for a carriage ride around town. 

We are also offering preorders on flowers for that special someone in your life. 

We strongly recommend securing a reservation for your carriage ride right away as space is limited. 

Preordered flowers will be available for pick up on Monday February 13, 2023 at the Bakersville Area Welcome Center located at 8 South Mitchell Avenue from 10 am to 6 pm.
