House subcommittee schedules hearing on union antisemitism

The Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions, led by Rep. Rick Allen (R-GA), is scheduled to hold a hearing titled “Unmasking Union Antisemitism” at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. The session will take place in Room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

Witnesses set to testify include Ms. Kyle Koeppel Mann, Senior Staff Attorney at the New York Legal Assistance Group; Mr. David Rubinstein, a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of History at Cornell University; Dr. Joseph McCartin, Professor and Executive Director of the Kalmanovitz Initiative for Labor and the Working Poor at Georgetown University; and Mr. Glenn Taubman, Staff Attorney with the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation.

The hearing is open to members of the press and will be available for live streaming on the Committee’s YouTube page.
