County of Yancey issued the following announcement on Dec. 20. 

The Yancey County Board of Commissioners has released a resolution setting regular meeting dates as well as establishing its regular meetings to occur on the second (2nd) Monday of each consecutive month commencing at 6:00 o’clock p.m. in the courtroom of the Yancey County Courthouse located in Burnsville, North Carolina.
