County of Watauga County Parks and Recreation Department issued the following announcement on Jan. 5.

Registration is currently being accepted for Women’s and Men’s Volleyball Leagues. 

 2 divisions of women’s volleyball is offered – recreational and competitive.  

Men’s Volleyball league teams play 4 v 4. 

 All games are held at Watauga Community Recreation Center.  

The registration deadline is Monday, January 2.  Games will begin on January 15. 

 The registration fee is $250 per team.
