County Of Mitchell Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 13.

Over the past several months we have partnered with A-B Tech Community College to assist with safety and health training for many businesses in Buncombe County.  They work with a multitude of businesses to assist with employee training for all kinds of topics and areas.  We have assisted with First Aid/CPR/ AED training as well as OSHA specific sessions which is only a tiny portion of what all they offer.

I am truly impressed with the way A-B Tech Community College works with so many companies and how they really want to assist with developing the employees.  They are doing an exceptional job of reaching these companies and providing what they need.

We want to celebrate what a fantastic job A-B Tech Community College is doing for the businesses in Buncombe County and encourage any business that might need help to reach out to them.  It is a pleasure to work with an organization that strives to support every possible company and their employees.  Excellent Job, A-B Tech, we applaud your work!
