County of Avery issued the following announcement on June 1.

Be further advised that, as authorized by N.C.G.S. 159-12(b), the Avery County Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed FY 2022/2023 Budget for Avery County.   

This Hearing will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Avery County Board of Commissioners, Avery County Administrative Complex, 175 Linville Street, Newland, NC.  

The public is invited to attend and comment.
