County of Avery issued the following announcement on Nov. 19. 

The 2022 Schedule of Values is currently available for public inspection in the office of the Avery County Tax Assessor Room 106, Avery County Courthouse, Newland, NC.

A Public Hearing to receive input regarding the 2022 Schedule of Values for Avery County will be held Monday, December 6, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., at the offices of the Avery County Board of Commissioners, Avery County Administrative Complex, Newland, NC.  The public is invited to attend and comment.
