Watauga County had one gas station selling diesel gas at the lowest price of $3.27 per gallon during the week ending Dec. 20, 2025, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Countywide, diesel gas averaged $3.29 per gallon.
Of the 26 reported gas stations located within Watauga County, 15 offered diesel gas.
The average reported price for a gallon of diesel gas in North Carolina was $3.43, down from the previous week.
